Nantong Zhongli NYLON Technology Co., Ltd was Established in 2013, it is a private chemical fiber Enterprise specializing in research, development, producing and marketing all sorts of nylon 6 filament yarn products, one of nylon 6 yarn leading manufacturers. After years of development, the company has won an award “Contract Trustworthy Enterprise”.
Zhongli located in Duntou Town, Haian Town, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, which is a well-known special chemical fiber industrial zone in China, with a convenient transportation (around 300km to Shanghai port). Zhongli covers an area of about nearly 30,000 quare meters, the registered capital is USD10,000,000 and total investment is nearly USD30,000,000. Zhongli has reached an annual turnover of USD10,000,000.
EQUIPMENT & MAIN PRODUCTS
Nantong Zhongli owns the latest advanced production equipment and machines for spinning & texturizing & twisting & covering, such as computer control spinning machine of Germany Barmag / Beijing Zhongli and computer control winding machine of Japanese TMT, Nantong Zhongli is equipped with 16 production lines of NYLON 6 POY and 8 production lines for FDY & HTY, and we have reached an annual capacity of 20,000tons for POY & 10,000tons for FDY & HTY by 2020. Nantong Zhongli also equipped with supporting production lines for producing PA6 DTY, Twist yarn, Spandex Covered yarn, Dope Dyed color yarn, Nylon 6 monofilament yarn, Low melted yarn, feather yarn etc; And has succeeded in developing functional nylon 6 yarn, such as In-Situ Polymerized Graphene modified Nylon 6 Filament yarn, and Flame-Retardant Nylon 6 filament yarn.

such as Socks, Stocking, Pantyhose, Seamless underwear, Hosiery, elastic woven tapes, circular knitting fabric, fabric basic of artificial leather, fabric of parameters, para-cord, Loop & Hook fastener, Gloves, fishing nets etc.
